Nigel Kinchlow

​

        Sanctuary Sound was established in 1992 under the leadership of Ira white.

The primary goal then, was to provide Churches and Recording Studios with quality installation, along with audio support and services at an affordable price.

 

Today, sanctuary sound still holds true to that goal. Since taken over the helm, Nigel has turned Sanctuary Sound into a full media installation & production Firm.

Nigel and his staff offer extensive experience in professional Sound, Lighting and Video reinforcement for churches, auditoriums, schools, conference rooms and private facilities as well as video production for weddings, promo spots etc.

 

 His credits include: Project Manager for the former Southeast Audio, Production Assistant for Coastal Video Communications, Field & Installation technician for Nortel Networks, and Dept head at Regent University. He also conducts training seminars and system evaluations and consultations on proper audio/visual system design and operations.

 

Nigel currently serves as the lead audio technician for Sweet Haven Holy Christ of Christ and provides technical advice for a number of churches and facilities throughout the area.

Ira White

​

       Ira became involved in the Sound industry early on as a professional guitarist and singer. In 1993. he began working in audio sales and established his first multi-track recording studio for professional projects which quickly expanded into full commercial production facility by 1985

 

Some of his subsequent engineering credits include London Bridge Baptist and First Baptist Church of Norfolk, CBN,s Founders Inn & Conference Center and Dinner Theater, The Man Called Jesus theatrical productions.

 

Ira has engineering numerous recording artists concerts such as Todd Agnew, First Call, Al Denson, Steve Fry, Scott Wesley Brown, Ron Kenoly, Ballet Magnificat and Paul Wilbur “Lion of Judah” tour in 1997.

 

Ira released his first book “Audio Made Easy” which is a highly claimed training and study manual for audio technician and volunteers. This easy to understand manual can be found at Barnes & Noble, Amazon and various resellers. Ira White's Audio Made Easy is a breath of fresh air two decades in the making. Since 1997, this concise and comprehensive guide to audio and recording equipment and techniques has furnished readers with practical information on how professional audio equipment works and how they can best employ it. Although technology advances between editions, White's signature approach remains the same. Currently Ira now serves as Media Director for a prominent Church in Chesapeake and still engages in extracurricular engineering, music productions and performs for various ministries throughout the area.

Caleb Kinchlow

   As an Emmy Award-winning Host, Digital Lifestyle Expert, and Multimedia Producer Caleb uses his passion and experience to approach each project in a unique way. Whether it's digital or a live event, the goal is always to bring the client's vision into a reality. 

 

 Some of his most notable assignments and awards have included, Technology Blogger for The Huffington Post, two Emmys, one as the Host of an entertainment-education series for NASA (NASA360) and as the Producer/Host-Digital Lifestyle Contributor for the CBN News Digital Download technology show. Caleb also received a Parent's Choice Education Award as the Host of Colonial Williamsburg’s Emmy Award-winning live call-in program(HERO Live), syndicated on PBS and streaming in over a thousand schools across the country. 


As a Multimedia Producer, Kinchlow has provided on location mobile, broadcast production (shooting/producing/editing), and social media coverage with high profile story subjects and locations such as Super Bowls (XLVI, XLIX, 50, LI), The MLB World Series(3x), NCAA Final Four, Floyd Mayweather Boxing, Israel Houghton, Cissy Houston,  disaster areas with Operation Blessing, and the 2017 Presidential Inauguration of Donald Trump.

As an Interviewer and Media Personality, he conducted one on one interviews with high profile personalities such as Grammy winner Lecrae Moore, 2012 Miss America, New York Time Best Selling Author Bishop T.D. Jakes, and provided live on location coverage of the 2017 Eclipse for NASA in the path of totality streamed in front of 57k people.
